Chicken Monterey

1/2 cup cottage cheese

1 - 3 oz. package cream cheese

1 cup sour cream

1 can  cream of chicken soup

1 tsp salt

1/8 tsp garlic powder

1 can diced green chiles

3 cups cooked chicken, diced

3 cups cooked rice

1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded


Mix first 6 ingredients together. Then, add the last four.


Place in a 8 x 8 pan.


Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes or until it bubbles
