Jami's Black Bean Salad

1 15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained

1 1/2 cups chopped tomato

1 1/2 cups cooked rice, 10 minute whole grain by Uncle Ben

1 4 oz package crumbled Feta cheese

1/2 cup celery, chopped

1/2 cup green onion, chopped

1/2 cup Italian dressing

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves, minced


Mix all ingredients but Feta. Add Feta last.
