Marshall Flank Steak

1/2 cup salad oil

1/3 cup sesame seeds

1 onion, sliced

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 tablespoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 cloves garlic, crushed

flank steak, tenderized


Mix ingredients together, add tenderized flank steak.  Refrigerate overnight.


Grill. Serve.
